“ Everything you want in a tapas restaurant. Tasty, authentic food and a lovely local feel with staff who genuinely care, not to mention very reasonable prices. All of the dishes are excellent but make sure you try the bread with assorted mojo sauces. We had them on each of our three visits and could have eaten a bowl of every sauce on its own. ”
“ If you’re visiting the area, Tapitas la Caleta is an absolute must. We ordered the seafood paella, which took about an hour to cook — and it was well worth the wait. It came packed full of incredibly fresh seafood, beautifully seasoned with rich spices, and was easily the best paella I’ve ever had. While we waited, we enjoyed a selection of homemade tapas and some excellent local red wine, all of which were packed with authentic flavour and clearly made with real care. The staff were brilliant too — full of energy, great fun, and had us laughing so much throughout the evening. Their warmth and humour made the whole experience even more memorable. Tapitas la Caleta might not be the flashiest restaurant in town, but don’t let appearances fool you — the food is truly out of this world. “ We went there yesterday. They’ve already started decorating for Halloween, and it looked really nice. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. During our dinner, they entertained our 5-year-old and came to our table a few times to check if everything was to our liking or if we needed anything else. All in all, the staff were very attentive and kind. The food was very tasty. The paella is made completely from scratch and fresh, so we had to wait a bit longer, but it was worth it — the best paella I’ve ever had. They only have local food options and also a good selection of vegetarian meals. ”
